I would say to let her initiate all communication and to be mindful of how much time goes on between conversations. Also, you know this girl. Who are the girls she's going with? What do you know about them? Does your girl drink alcohol and if so, how often, how much and what kind?

Get on top of your game, for the next few weeks/moths, ending the LTR is ranking top of the possibilities list, other than that there's not much sense in trying to win downhill what you couldn't uphill, she should always have present what kind of mistake would it be to mess with your trust, as in you don't give second chances, if you cultivated that thought correctly since day one, then you don't have a lot to worry about, if not, you might as well prepare yourself to end it and never look back.
