When I re-did my wardrobe a couple of years ago here is what I did.

Look up pics of guys you want to dress like. Create a folder on your computer if you have to. Then just copy their style.

Also you are being dramatic. There are plenty of places where you can buy basic men's clothing.

Check out your local used clothing store like Goodwill. No reason why a well made shirt or pants don't last 10, 15 even 20 years.
