As someone who has benefited from it, I can testify to its legitemacy. However I think the true importance lays in no porn, not necessarily no fal. When I was younger I used to have problems getting it up with a girl, cumming to quick etc, because of porn. I’ve been on no fap for over 300 days now and I’ve learned a lot it truly does give you more energy but the best part is that it just clears your mind you feel calm you don’t feel like a recovering addict all the time. The core principle behind it is right and I agree with it. Ejaculation releases dopamine and you become addicted to it since it's an easy fix. Porn helps with this addiction too since porn is a super stimuli, something our brain is not equiped with handling. But the amount of blue pill shit that happens on that sub is just sad... "i kissed a girl", "i asked her out", "she's the one" etc. I am definitely in a better mental state when I don't watch porn and masturbate, I feel more confident and have little to none social anxiety so I am definitely a fan of it but I try to stay away from the sub, especially since taking the red pill.
