As someone who has benefited from it, I can testify to its legitemacy. However I think the true importance lays in no porn, not necessarily no fal. When I was younger I used to have problems getting it up with a girl, cumming to quick etc, because of porn. It was interesting at first, but towards the 200 days I got EXTREMELY depressed, like nearly suicidal. So yeah I had to stop that.

I’ve been on no fap for over 300 days now and I’ve learned a lot it truly does give you more energy but the best part is that it just clears your mind you feel calm you don’t feel like a recovering addict all the time. I still break no fap every few weeks or so recently but now I’m finally committed again I’ve seen both sides and no fap is much much better

The core principle behind it is right and I agree with it. Ejaculation releases dopamine and you become addicted to it since it's an easy fix. Porn helps with this addiction too since porn is a super stimuli, something our brain is not equiped with handling. But the amount of blue pill shit that happens on that sub is just sad... "i kissed a girl", "i asked her out", "she's the one" etc. I am definitely in a better mental state when I don't watch porn and masturbate, I feel more confident and have little to none social anxiety so I am definitely a fan of it but I try to stay away from the sub, especially since taking the red pill.
