Yea I'd still pursue maybe girls. Most girls you meet are not gonna start off crazy about you. You may need to win some over.

If the "maybe" chick is exactly my type and I'm extremely attracted to her, then I'll pursue hard and be a little more patient. Otherwise I won't bother because there's no point.

I'd also like to know. Tried to set up a tinder date with this chick on Monday and she was like "maybe I can do that. We'll see. I've got things happening right now blah blah". So far I just haven't responded.

I think "maybe" and "persue" mean different things.

A maybe I would give up on is someone who I've escalated with twice, recieved some level of bullshit in return, and doesn't show any other value or interest aside from wanting attention.

A maybe I would work on is one who on first escalation is hesitant, or on first approach is a bit shut off and not "hell yeah".

If I'm going to "persue", I'm giving them a second chance. I am going to re escalate once more, or keep the tension up if it's an initial approach. I will NOT be trying to convince a girl beyond that to "give me a chance" or "see the real me".

It’s certainly not impossible, but I’m at the point in life now where I can be a little bit too prideful in my proven value and spoiled from the amazing unsolicited attention I’ve gotten from truly “hell yeah” girls to go out of the way to get with "maybe" girls.

Honestly, you could even relate it to how some women feel about dealing with lower value guys after getting alpha widowed; only the inverse. When you legitimately know the kind of attraction that you can actually create in a top-quality member of the opposite sex with low effort, putting in more effort to get less can feel completely backwards. It's not just a guy or girl thing, it's human nature.

Women who have had a committed relationship with a successful, fit, socially powerful thundercock who actually gave them something resembling the "alpha bucks" experience will never want to settle for a less impressive guy ever again, and men who have experienced what it's like to have an HB9 practically fall into their lap and treat them like a king don’t want to jump through hoops qualifying themselves to other women who show less enthusiasm and aren't even as attractive. It can be a bit of a handicap if it causes total approach apathy, but it’s not gonna make you celibate. You choose how hard you want or need to work

Draw a line in the sand. Each man is different. When a woman crosses that line it's a hard no.

Personally, my line is my time and how much value I get from the interaction. If it turns out that I'm spending more time for little to no value then it becomes a no and I move on. No ifs. No maybes. No what about. It's just no. Doesn't matter if she's got a set like Kate Upton or has no gag reflex.

This removes women that want validation/attention and women that will eat up your time.

Also keep in mind that if she's making things this easy for you chances are that she's made it this easy for another guy. Took me a long while to get over that ego boost but makes you appreciate the times you get a maybe into a yes or a hell yea!

I've always said to approach the "fuck yes" girls versus the "maybe" girls. You may lose out on some that you could have scored, but it's not the end of the world.

Think of it like an investment portfolio. You have hell yeah girls which are like money markets and bonds. Low risk, but a guaranteed return. Maybe girls are like a medium risk portfolio. Get enough of them on the roster and you're going to come out way ahead.

It can be tricky because a girl's "maybe" could be coming from a totally different place than another girl's maybe. "Maybe" could mean that she's not attracted and is giving you a polite "no". Or she could have a legit interest in you but is tangled up with some other dude, in which case you very well might hear back from this chick once barry bonehead fumbles the ball.

At this point I wouldn't so much pursue a maybe girl as much as I might just leave the door open and walk away. She'll either start to wonder more about you and reach out, or you won't hear from her again.

I had a chick who I stopped talking to for almost 2 weeks (she wasn't being too cooperative). I then texted her something funny after that amount of silence and her reaction was 10x more responsive and flirty. Ended up asking me if I had plans for the weekend so I invited her out. She enthusiastically agreed and kept trying to text me more and more that night. The next day she hits me with a "came down with a nasty cold today" excuse. I said no worries and to hit me back once she's better and we'll make new plans. That was a week ago, havent heard from her since. I had been nothing but charming and teasing in my last interactions with her, and she seemed genuinely excited to go out...and still flaked.

Will I break the silence and reach back out to her again, in another week or a month? Maybe. That's what I'm finding more and more lately with maybe chicks...after a few tries it gets annoying and redundant, and my level of interest in them dwindles until I start to feel pretty maybe about them. I also start to question how cool they really are if they aren't giving me a chance (cause I'm fucking awesome, and they'd benefit from hanging out with me).

No. If you do, then you lack abundance. If HB8 #1 gives you the run around, then you should simply move on to a better lead or call up an equally hot plate.

The fact of the matter is that girls do not say "maybe" to their idealized Chad. I don't understand why so many men here can't seem to comprehend the simple concept of genuine desire. This leads me to believe that most of you don't know what it is like to be a girl's top option.
