Certain foods can cause body odor. Garlic, onions, strong spices...

Genetics can cause body odor.

So can alcohol through sweat glands.

You can shower with antibiotic soap. Wear cotton or moisture wicking fabrics.

Flush your system/sweat glands by using a sauna a lot.

Eat a well balanced diet. Veggies, whole grains...

Some smells can stay in your clothing, even after you wash them. Check your clothes to make sure they dont stink.

What do you smell like? Ass? Balls? Shit? Old lady? Mildew?

One of my first GF hated how I smelled within a half hour of showering, and I was really frustrated and angry about it. Then years later I had girls that loved how I smelled days without showering. I felt vindicated. It wasn’t me, it was her. In this case, I think it was pheromonal.

Beyond that, there are too many variables to account for. One thing we take for granted though, is that the soap we use doesn’t kill all bacteria, it’s really good at killing specific bacteria. This can impact our smell.

Make sure that all of your clothes are clean. I just found out that these pair of nikes that I've had for a few years stink pretty bad so the few times that I was wearing them they would stink my feet and I would be able to smell them even when they were on.

Clean socks, even twice a day. Wash your jeans and shirts more often. Do you wear a hat that you've never washed? Wash it or buy a new hat. Are you really hairy? Trim some of your body hair. Apply deodorant on more places in your body. I sometimes put deodorant on my nuts and my booty.

Use body spray and spray it under your clothes.

Your skin has its own little bio system with bacteria eating each other, producing and consuming gas. By using a soap too strong and spraying yourself with the chemicals in the deodorant, you are fucking up this balance.

If you have a weekend without plans, do some exercise on the Friday. Enough to get really sweaty. Then do some less intensive workout to "dry it off", like stretching. Change clothes if you can't hold the smell, but don't shower for the rest of the day. Finish the day and sleep it off.

If you absolutely stink on the next day, then take a water-only shower (cold water is much better). No soap, no deodorant, no perfume, no cream. If you have a chance, do some more exercise if you can, and repeat that until the Monday morning.

When you finally have to be sociable again, go take a shower only with a REAL natural soap bar. Wash your hair with it as well. Slowly through the week you can start adding other products you like to use, but don't use all the stuff that act like a karcher on your skin.

It is really important to keep your body with "real" odours and not cover it with too much perfume (indifference) or run into body odour problems (rejection). I am not saying you should "Stink like an alpha male bru", but women enjoy smelling your testosterone as much as you do enjoy their smell when they are horny.

If you have to spay deodorant, then only spay it on the inside of you clothes and not too much. The more you put the more you will disturb your skin, and the smell will kick back.

Get certainDri from a CVS or something. It’s like a no scent deodorant with clinical strength- I haven’t sweat during normal days in years
