One of the elements of the red pill I've learned so far is that surrounding yourself with alphas is a conducive ingredient to living an alpha lifestyle.

All my friends are betas. I've known them from school, and I just feel that keeping their company will stunt my growth into a man. They're not extremely BP insofar as not having girlfriends, but they're just too nerdy. I would say their SOs are pretty much 4-6/10s. Any time I explain any concept of red pill to them, they immediately attempt to refute it with beta schlock.

A couple questions:

  1. Should I continue to hang out with them?
  2. How can I make more alpha friends and be part of an alpha "pack"?
