I think you just need to accept that she's broken up with you and walk away. Don't contact her again. If you want her to question her reasons for breaking up with you, you need to not show her you are emotional over the break up.

If you don't want to go insane, block her number and remove her from social media. Don't cave in and go back to her.

From here you just need to continue building yourself and working on yourself (think smarter, fitter, wealthier). Get some plates and find someone better. Show yourself some respect and ghost her.

Perhaps book a holiday, hit up some old friends, take a week off to get over her and then move on. Keep lifting.
