Number close doesn't really mean much, it just means they are too nice to reject you on the spot or just want to be friends.

Try to date close then get their number.

3 #s is too small a sample size to know how well you are doing. try 100. Then you can see if you have a crazy flake %. Try calling in 2 days instead of texting in 2 days. If not response, either text a few days later or call again. Also, learn to read body language really well so you know better how you are doing...try reading superflirt, superdate, and You Say More Than You Think.

Hard to tell from your brief post but generally if you don't make a woman interested in you, you will have difficulties getting them to respond.

Don't wait too long to text

I never wait 2-3 days. If you live in a highly populated area those 2-3 days will give room for creating a new connection with someone else. I text them back almost immediately (like a number exchange) or later in the day. Don't go out of your way and try to be cool by waiting to text her. Nothing is as uncool as trying to be cool.

Your response

Sent a response usually referring to how we met or what we were doing when we met. All three had zero responses.

This is where you lose all of your credibility. When you send her a text about who you are and where you met, you are assuming that she forgot who you are. Combine this with waiting for 3 days and you start looking like a clown. If you are genuinely interested in her and are busy, let her know. Exchange the number, text her how you want to hang out but you're only free x days from now, or next x-day-of-the-week.

When I leave a voicemail I don't even say who's calling, I just say "Hey it's me, call me back." I assume that she knows who I am.

Have purpose

Getting a number for the sake of getting a phone number is completely useless. Have a goal, let it be known and go after it.

Have a goal - to get to know and date this girl
Let it be known - tell her your honest intentions (even if they're just casual sex)
Go after it - there's a mutual reciprocation, now is time to get a way to contact her

Go for same night lay, numbers are lame.

If you do get a number texting is weak. I only call. It's more real. Don't leave message When she don't answer. The missed call is LIKE a text only MORE mysterious and ballsy.

This is why those pickup videos where they show guys getting girls numbers are so meaningless. If you approach a girl on the street where she's surprised and potentially feeling threatened, she may give her number in the moment and then think "Uh, who was that person?" and not respond. I've never heard it happen honestly, but it makes sense.

Also, I don't text girls. I call them. Texting is what everyone does, calling makes you stand out.

From this alone it's hard to say. It's certainly not uncommon to get 3 numbers and no responses, it could just be bad luck.

I usually get dates out of 70% of numbers for nightgame, and just 20% for Daygame (yes I suck at Daygame at the moment).

As a note I'd say not to wait so long to text. Do it latter that day for Daygame, and the next evening for nightgame. Strike while the iron is hot.

One tip I can give you is to not reference where you met them. Referencing where you met them could make you seem as someone who is easily forgettable. By giving her just your name makes it seem that you are more confident in the fact that she SHOULD have remembered you. It is a really small thing but it does make a difference

Numbers don't mean anything. I have the same problems time to time. What is your goal when approaching? If my goal is to get a number, I get no responses. If my goal is to find a connection, my numbers lead to dates.

Since i presume that you are a begginer, from 3 numbers only you cannot judge your level of game really. Go for 100 numbers and then see your turnover ratio. It could be something like 30% responses, 5-10% day2 and 2-3% closing. Sad but true, these are the realistic percentages.

Some advice on how to improve your rate:

Waiting for 3 days to send a message is too long for a cold approach. Communicate with her the same day or the next day maximum.The 3 days rule is for social interactions and/or for the next communication after already having sex.
Don't take Facebook/don't send text messages. Pickup the phone and call her, and start by casually mentioning something related to your conversations. This is how you stand out from the rest of the guys
Set up a time bridge. This is the most important. Have a list of interesting things around your city in your mind, and then suggest one of these activities to do for the next day, based on her interests.

But really, all of these are too much work for minimum rewards. Based on my experience, and based on the fact that you don't look like a model/you are a barman/dj/her teacher, if you don't make at least a kiss close when you meet her, it will be really really hard to close her on a subsequent day. I always go for a make out after 20-30 minutes and a lay after that depending on the level of attraction and the logistics.

Ya #closes are pretty meaningless. The other night I got this girls # though and asked her to repeat my name to me three different times within a very narrow window. I then texted her my name and asked her to read it to me. Once I knew she was not going to forget my name I asked what she was doing tomorrow. She said work, I asked what she was doing after work, she said nothing. I then stated I was taking her out, which she agreed.

Too bad my lazy ass didn't hit her up after that, she did text me two days later but I didn't really pursue it (due to other options appearing very prevalent). Anyways a number of those options fell through, so remember, keep em all on the string, you never know which ones will flake for good.
