So simple, yet effective;

Hold something in your hand while you are doing approaches

I'm not joking, this has a very powerful effect because it helps you to reduce dramatically your approach anxiety.

The effect is strongly notable because suddenly you will fell more in control, more present, less "vulnerable", and even more confident

I found this accidentaly, noted the effect and then did a little research to see if it was a psychological effect and it turns it is.

The same way holding hands with someone you trust can help you deal with difficult situations, holding a "support object" can mimic that effect.

In my case I use a little notebook, but you can use virtually everthing, like a bottle, a bag, a pen, etc.

What are your thoughts on this??

I felt the need to communicate this to people who already are out there approaching, or the ones who have a genuine desire to start doing it

Negative and toxic comments will be ignored :)
