Women want to be chosen by a man with a lot of choice. It's a big female fantasy to tame the player.

This is why in spite of being feminists, they will often fall for the guy who is sleeping around, and sleep with him themselves. They might say that they don't want a guy who sleeps around but they still fall for the guy with a lot of choices, not the 'honourable' relationship guy.

They sometimes get buyer's remorse when they realise that being "chosen" by this guy who is sleeping around isn't such an honour if he's "chosen" everybody in the room at some point. But they might keep pursuing him in denial if they have low self esteem.

Also: often women don't like it when you admit early on that you are into them or that you like them. You can never say it explicitly. It has to be unspoken or they lose interest - like a cat loses interest when it catches the toy.

Why is this annoying? It's because it means that we have to put on some stupid fucking dance routine/game playing/mind fucking before we get what we want, which is often just an honest, open, healthy connection with someone.
