Went to a local club last Saturday along with a big company mixed with both guys and girls who I’ve known for years.

There’s this one girl who I’ve flirted in the past but nothing ever happened. One of my female friends informed me that she likes me and I should make a move.

I started flirting with her, banter was going back and forth from both ends and I end up proposing to her that I should take her home instead of her leaving with her friends. She agrees and we end up at my place. As soon as we get inside she declared that we’re not having sex because “I don’t want you to say that you had sex with me the first time I came to your house and we should go on a date first so we get to know each other better”. After heavy making out for a while and seeing that she indeed meant what she said I took her back to her place and ended the night.

Next day, we text a bit, I proposed a date on Tuesday. She answered that she’s going to be busy that day but she’ll let me know whether she’ll be available. On Tuesday she texts me and the convo was something like this:
Her: Hey, I can’t make it today, wanna try tomorrow?
Me: I can’t tomorrow, I have an event to attend
Her: Ok, then we’ll have to find another day.

I left her on read. Met her by accident on a cafe on Wednesday before attending said event and suggested whether we should go out on Thursday, she accepted.

Thursday comes and she flakes the date, finding a reason which I think was just an excuse.

And this is how I think I fumbled again a girl, who to my understanding liked me.

Any tips on what I did wrong or what I should do from now on? I don’t want to suggest another date and I think I might see her again in a bar the next days with the same initial company.
