If you're busting your ass getting cut, and your buddies berate you for ordering chicken, veggies, and iced tea at boys' night, shake 'em off. They're going to stay fat and you're going to get hot.

When your bro at happy hour says that approaching and flirting with girls in a bar is bothering them or "being a douchebag," shake 'em off. You're going to get some ass, and he's going be jerking it in the bathroom while his bitchy girlfriend goes to bed early after denying him sex.

When your female friend tells you that you just need to settle down with a nice girl instead of going out, being adventurous, and meeting lots of interesting, confident, sexy women, what should you do? Oh, you KNOW you better shake that muhfuggin' crab off! She can't deal with the fact that she finds you more attractive now.

I'm not saying don't ever listen to advice from your friends and family. I am saying that people who have always known you one way will not be comfortable with the changes they see in you, even if they are perfectly healthy, positive changes that improve your life. Learn to separate out the good advice and heed it. But also learn to realize when some crab is trying to pull you back into the bucket because your improvement and fun life don't fit into their worldview. And shake them bitches off.
