I want to learn to rely less on humor for attraction. For years, I was a clown who could only attract women who thought I was funny. I was pretty fat, lacked confidence, put girls on pedestals, and was not very masculine--humor was the only asset I really had, so I used it as a crutch.

Recently I've made major efforts to improve these things--I've dropped some weight and gained some muscle, changed my style into something more manly and less boyish/fun/nerdy, have learned to "take up more space," and generally have a lot more confidence. I've recently had a few women display interest in me without me having to do much, which has been great. However, once in conversation with these women, I still find myself leaning on humor a lot more than I'd like to, or is even necessary.

I'd like to kick this habit of feeling like I need to be funny. I want to be the guy who gets women because he's sexy, masculine, powerful, and direct, not because he's a charming goofball. I'd appreciate any tips or advice you guys have.
