Are there any cures for jealousy?

Jealousy is a feeling that we all get, the best "cure" I've ever heard is: Jealousy is a silly emotion. Jealous only occurs when you think of something or someone as your possession when you find yourself getting jealous stop and think for a second, did this person wrong you in any way? Or are you just reacting to seeing another person playing with one of your toys?

I know it's kind of harsh when you really think about it, but if you can internalize it, you'll get over jealous feelings a lot faster.

Sure. By having the mindset that there are always other girls out there, and that even if she fucks someone else, that doesn't inherently change who you are. Besides, I like variety in my sexual partners and it'd be shitty of me to deny someone that same inclination. She can go ahead and fuck whoever she wants, because at the end of the day, I can do the same.

Logically it's easy. Realize that your read her wrong, invested more than her, and perceived something to be there that isn't.

Getting your emotions to match is tougher. I find the best thing to do is give yourself some distance from her for a while (don't make a big deal of it, just become busy... no need for dramatic talks) and go talk to other women until you're at a point you're completely over her (currently doing this with an ex who've I've been on and off with... distance and time really helps)

I recommend meditation. Which I know probably sounds gay... But it builds a mind that can purposefully ignore jealous feelings.

Jealousy is kind of an inevitable part of the human condition, if you are going to be dating and having relationships with women... It's a question of building a robust state of mind that can compartmentalize it.

The best way to cure jealousy is to go and find 10 other women. After that she will either get jealous of you or you may find someone more special then her.

The best cure for jealousy is suicide, followed closely by homicide. Or is it the other way around?

Or you could move on and find a new girl....
