I seem to have a habit of always assuming that everything will go wrong in my relationship with women. For example, right now I've been seeing this girl for two months who has high interest levels (very inexpensive dates, lots of touching making out and more, and lots of fun) and we see each other once or twice a week atm. I know this isn't logical and I'm too outcome dependent, but that self-doubt always seems to creep in due to past failed relationships.

What is a good strategy to prevent this overthinking? I tend to overthink things generally and it's never fun.
