So I was wondering, reading through a lot of stuff being Alpha may not be entirely yourself. You yourself don't always respond to things in a way that suggest "Alpha" however its an important part of being confident. My confusion is what are the differences? Do you start out Alpha and get comfortable being yourself later? It doesn't feel natural and feels like I'd be over thinking if I am always "trying" to be cocky and funny all the time.
