So I've been watching a lot of Simple Pickup's material and they showed me a great way to manage AA better.

Go out with a friend(s) and in a day game setting (mall or something). Get your friend to point out a cute chick to approach. If you don't approach you will have to do 10 push ups (or find a suitable punishment).

Gonna give this a go this weekend.
