Regardless of how good his advice may be, I just can't stand to watch this guy. The constant cuts/edits, the over-animated gestures - he's just trying way too hard and distracting from the actual substance.

It's like he thinks the viewer is going to fall asleep and he has to take extreme measures to keep them awake. Ironically, that indicates low confidence.
