If she makes eye contact with you more than twice in the span of an hour, then, yes, she is giving you a signal to approach.

Go up to her and say, "Hi, how is your workout going?"

Talk to her every time you see her at the gym. After a few times of seeing her and speaking to her more and more, then invite her to something you are doing, like a local band or coffee or whatever. If she says yes, then get her number and text her to solidify the details.

This is how you pick up girls when you go to local places on a consistent basis. You don't want to do it all in one trip because if she says no, it will be awkward.

If you do it gradually over seeing her there a few times, it will seem more natural and allow her to go back to just saying "hi" at the gym and keep the relationship at that.

Any longer/more frequent eye contact than normal = interest if you ask me.

She looking at you to see what you think. You make no facial expression so she won't do one back.

Her making eyecontact equals a nutrial "hay" you then state blankly. That's like just not just not speaking after she says hay.

Men take the lead you have to lead by making some sort of positive facial expression.

What stuff do you think? You should be thinking positive things to make you feel somewhat good. Transmit that through your facial expression you give her.

(Unless your workouts are grueling and you ouch your self to the brink of exhaustion, socilizing is soooo heard if you do that. If that is the case you have an excuse for not being able to smile)

You have to put your self in a better state. You don't have to be "in state" but you should put some amount of positivity in yourself.

The more time you spend in your head, posting things such as these, the less comfortable you're gonna and the less confident you're going to seem in your interactions. As someone else said, AAA - alway assume attraction. Who knows how many opportunities you wasted just by 'wondering' whether that girl wants to be approached or not.

Anything you debate is an IOI, is an for sure an IOI. That's how you need to view the world. You don't need any logic. Abandon it and start assuming girls who eye you in any way (except disgust lol) will fuck you if you approach right. I honestly think this is a big way Mystery got laid. Like he talked about all kinds of little things being IOI's. Is he entirely right about most of them? hell no. But he got laid. You would too if you firmly believed every girl doing any little thing wanted your dick. Abandon logic... just assume it was an IOI.

But if you'd like logic, realize this...

Women understand IOI's and eye contact, they're know what signals they're giving out and don't wanna give them out to guys they don't want to. They also have a thing called peripheral vision. So if a girl is walking down the street past you for example, she's been seen you. When she moves her focus directly at you, she's getting a better look at what she saw. She's not looking at you and evaluating you. She's already seen you, "approved" and she's consciously or unconsciously choosing to check you out more.

Try to time your next workout so that you can meet her by the water fountain, then spark up a simple, "Hey, how's it going?"

Also, "Great form" - and keep walking on - works exceptionally well.
