These places are very difficult to meet people. They are full of very beautiful women, but the competition is high- every guy there most likely is going to be the one that spends his entire paycheck on maintenance from trendy and new clothes and shoes, to designer haircuts, possibly even a sleeve of tattoos to go along, and of course very good physique. You never meet women, or men that are this good looking on the day-to-day but for sure every Friday to Saturday bars and nightclubs are packed tight with clones that look like this. So why settle for someone who even has one superficial flaw?
If this is the pond you are going to pick fish from your best bet is to fit in and bring your A-game. Yes, they are going to be selfish, superficial women just like you want the hottest/baddest bitch there in high heels with a nice ass and full chest. So pick one or two really nice outfits for Friday and Saturday, and keep them in tip-top shape, only wear them when you go out, shave, wear contacts instead of glasses. Do all this crap and you can rely less on shittier pick-up lines.
Yea, they are going to be with friends-all chicks or mixed guys/girls. Probably they will reject most advances, or won't dance outside their clique/group. You gotta try and find one that is single. Stick away from their group that's up to 5 or 6 potential cock-blockers because they want to go home later and get drunk or party more, without strangers. Probably ok to approach group of 2 or less and hot girls that are out solo will be slim pickings.
I'd suggest offering to play pool, or trying to get them outside away from the loud music. Show up at 9 or 10pm and leave around 1am you can approach even as little as 4 or 5 women per night. Do this 1 or 2 nights per week for a month and you are bound to get at least 2 or 3 numbers worst-case scenario. Even the numbers you get will be difficult to arrange further meet-ups, that's why you can't stop after 1. You gotta try to get at least 3 or 5 for 1 or 2 to eventually follow through.

A loud and crowded bar can be a blessing. Lean back when trying to start a convo and when you can't hear, motion them to come closer. Great way to escalate.
