Tbh i think the only surgeries that can look good are boobs for girls and hair implants for guys. Anything other normally looks obvious and unnatural in my opinion. Don't ruin your face.

Don’t listen to everyone else. Yeah being ugly will hurt your chances. Plastic surgery can fix serious flaws. But there is a high chance it can break your “facial harmony”. This is SO important. Unless you have a major defect you should focus on growing a beard, maybe growing your hair, getting some lifts etc. Even if you get good surgery, if you don’t have any real flaws like a severely recessed jawline that is recommended by your doctors to fix, or deformities, you will 90% of the time fuck up your harmony and look like shit. This is because our brains are wired to find harmony in faces and any little thing that throws it off is a trigger to us that there is something genetically wrong with that person.

Look at those nasty plastic girls with a bunch of surgery. It’s gross. My ex was sick in the head and at 26 she wanted lip fillers. Boobs jobs. She was beautiful just the way she was and i fucking told her every damn day. When she got them it looked like fucking shit man. Pissed me off. Glad we broke up. Hate fake plastic girls that have no self esteem like her. Fucked up her wonderful body filling herself with tattoos and plastic surgery. Maybe other people are into that, some people love tats and surgery, but i doubt guys that hold themselves and their partners in high esteem would be down for that shit. In the end she said herself she hated her body image and all she did was fuck it up more. I warned her so many times. Not my thing. She should’ve learned to truly love herself. Good riddance. Be wary bro seriously surgery most of the time will do more harm than good

M21 So i am planning on having som work done, but its mostly facial flaws that i have and gotten, wich are also some of my insecurities, to name some: severe squint (exotropia) on left eye, wich i can just put an eye patch on there, unproportionally big earlobes in my opinion, right alae (nose) not lined with the left side and big buck teeth wich has lead to that i now smile with a closed mouth.

I have a picture of myself on here, only for a rost me pic. So feel free to have a look at my face, and tell me what you think.

But to answer op's question, your paying for a 2nd puberty, but now with a mostly high certified chance of being more socially attractive, just take a look at asia, more specifically South Korea were plastic surgery is a standard right now.
