I was 23, and didn't have any issues after because it all sort of clicked into place after the first time. Just don't sweat it. I know that is easy to say and hard to do, but the truth is that if you focus too much on it you become unattractive. Also I didn't follow ANY of the advice below, So I was super lucky. Actually my friend at the time set me up with the friend of his gf on a trip to a mountain cottage. I didn't even drink back then, so that I got laid is a miracle tbh..

Focus on building yourself to be an independent guy that is happy in your own body. Do cool stuff that you like with people that you like hanging out with. Count your success by the number of times you smiled that week. Make money, travel, build stuff, learn stuff. Exercise your body and mind. When you are happy, relaxed, smiling social guy then your chance of finding someone is that much higher.

I moved out of my parents place at twenty one. It made all the difference.

I actually was so anept at dating, that I couldn't tell when girls were flirting with me. My friends had to encourage me and point it out to me. Something about having my own place gave me more personal freedom.

Bro I was a virgin until 19. Im 20 right now it didn’t really change me much just got some kitty cat that’s all.
