I understand what you’re suggesting and trying to accomplish, but it’s very short sighted and will do more hard than good.

You fail to understand that men reject women all the time, more so than women. Men choose whom they approach. If I only approach one girl at a club, I have rejected every other girl. Yes, that girl has final say, but I have the first say and that’s more important.

You’re suggesting to reject someone, after every rejection? That screams incel behavior or at the very least insecurity. A true player is not phased by rejection but welcomes it. Every “no” got me closer to a “yes”.

Why would anyone want to increase the number of “no” that are given out?

Only reject someone you’re not interested in, not as some sort of fake confident booster. You need to find real ways to feel better about yourself.
