I’m working on this too, I’m getting better. Things that you should look at;

Be genuinely interested in the person and what they have to say vs faking it.
Ask questions but don’t make it an interview. For every question they answer you should try and and add your own experience/something that is relevant. Not just hop to the next question.
Ask about their why - their character, their motivations etc etc, not collect facts.
Go deep - childhood, things they may struggle with etc. if you open yourself up they will be more likely to do the same.
Physical escalation is important to build the sexual chemistry as well.

I think men are under the impression we can create chemistry but idk if that's the case anymore. I was with a girl ln and she explained chemistry between two people is unexplained and it's based on natural attraction. I guess you can seduce a woman to have sex but she'll eventually leave you for someone she has natural attraction for but hey let's talk about it.

You can’t really create chemistry but you can create attraction.

I value my time and would rather find a girl who has mid to high interest in me than raise a girls interest. However if you do wish to raise a girls interest (a time consuming process) you have to basically charm your way into her pants.

She’s made a perception about you from the first time she saw you. (This is why tattoos are so effective, they portray you’re a bad boy.) You change her perception of you through flirting, eye contact, confident body language and being smooooth. Some girls are a lost cause and just won’t ever change their perception.

If they think you’re hot its much easier, you can say anything and they’ll laugh and flirt. Looks get you in the door, personality does the rest.
