I think that thinking about some sort of revenge is counterproductive, he needs to move on, life's like this.
Just chase success for you OP, to find your inner peace even if you have to quit this state to forget all of that.

A big mistake some guys make is desiring a girlfriend so much.
Women are the guardians of sex while men are the guardians of relationships.
That means that the most valuable thing a girl can give a guy is sex and should not give it away easily, whereas the most valuable thing a guy can give a girl is a relationship which means you shouldn’t give it away easily or be desperate about it.
If you are desperate about being in a relationship you are behaving in a way that isn’t attractive to women, much like if a girl was just sleeping around with every guy out there, that wouldn’t be attractive to guys.
You need to learn that relationship is something that women desire desperately, not from any guy though, but from attractive men.
Attractive men aren’t very eager to give women a relationship, and women know that…
Hence why they say stuff like “all men are the same, they only want one thing”
So if a guy they have decided they like, is suddenly eager to give them a relationship,… that raises suspicions on the guy.
The girl begins to doubt he truly is an attractive guy with options, because his behaviour isn’t congruent with other attractive guys.
That is unless he has a good reason to want a relationship with her (because he already had sex with her, and still liked to spend time with her after sex) and that you proved that you are not desperate for girls through your behaviour (that you have more options and are choosing her, and not some other girl, because she earned it).
So yeah, the more you want a girlfriend, the less likely you are to get one, because literally you are turning off women by wanting one.
The more desperate you are about getting a girlfriend the less likely you are to get one.
You want a girlfriend, then you need to forget about getting a girlfriend, you need to flirt sure, but you need to act like you want nothing serious, until she is the one seriously asking you for a serious relationship.

Graduate, become successful and find someone equal to you in the real world. This stage of life will pass. Try to have some fun but make sure you graduate. Also consider moving to another big city once you're done, getting out of a small town takes you away from small town problems also.

Sounds like you need to get out and meet new people. High school was a terrible time for me but college was great. Turns out I just needed a bigger place where I could find my type of people. Reflect on what you could improve socially and try and find a new bubble to be a part of. Usually hobby groups are the best place to start. If these girls are dating these crappy people maybe they aren’t so great after all. The best thing is develop a lifestyle where you are meeting lots of new women. Get rejected enough times you don’t even care anymore.
