Pay attention to what she does not what she says

If you’re asking why she could be doing that it’s because she’s looking to replace you and/ or see other people concurrently

If you’re asking what to do then you got a few options:

a) If you want to be monogamous with her you can say goodbye to it. She’s past that and/ or was never interested to start with. Drop her b) if you don’t then all is good

If you do want to confront her about it tell her you noticed she’s using Tinder and you’re not cool with that. Nothing more. Do not tell her you’re exclusive to her and do not tell her you want her to be exclusive to you. You want her to understand and respect the latter and assume you’re seeing other girls. When you see her having been active again you’ll have to drop her without a word though

It’s possible she’ll shift blame. Tell you she thought you were fucking around and didn’t want to be with her exclusively. Don’t fall for it. It’s typical bullshit anti slut defense

General rule of thumb for dating apps is that if you meet any woman on there, she's already entertaining multiple men.

It sounds like you care more than she does which is a bad mix for you starting a conversation about exclusivity. The person who cares the least always has the most power. So, your conversation will likely lead to the end of what y'all are doing because you will come across as needy and pressed. She clearly isn't trying to be in a relationship with you right now.

But if you really do want commitment and it's all or nothing, then you have to talk to her.
