Sex fluctuates over time. A single week is a really small sample size. If the relationship is good otherwise, don't sweat it just yet.

A week Is no time. I probably wouldn’t even notice it enough to care if we hadn’t fucked in a week. If it got closer to 3 weeks, I’d start to get worried, but I’d start with a simple conversation with her and try to figure out what’s causing this. I’ve gone through periods of intense stress and anxiety in my life where my sex drive was completely gone and I’d turn down my partners advances. In general, it’s a more a cause for concern about her than the relationship.

My advice is to take some distance too. Maybe you are a little bit needy and that turned her off. Don't push her, focus just on yourself for now and make her to want to have sex. If she continues to keep that behaviour, then she is cheating or doesn't like you anymore.

I've been in your situation before and my first suspicion was cheating, I remember I kept telling myself otherwise but part of it was true.

It first started with: 1. less sex and intimacy 2. sudden change in energy, she wasn't as open as she was before or the vibe would be off 3. Bring lame excuses. 4. Time spent together was less frequent 5. Phone calls would go unanswered or late texts

Try to notice these events for the next coming weeks.

When you look at it from a different perspective 3 months is usually the honey moon phase and after that reality kicks in the willingness for someone to stay is all about commitment.

To me the no sex is a huge red flag because if she isn't getting it from you she is probably getting it somewhere else because let's be honest a woman that's into you will want every inch of you even on a bad day.

If she’s stressed out, she’s not going to want to have sex often. Stress not only reduces our libido but also makes us more tired and less likely to be lubricated which makes sex wack. As someone who is currently studying to get into law school, at first I was only having sex with my man twice a month. Granted it got better once I started doing things to reduce stress and my boyfriend got clever with things like body massages and shit but maybe identify somethings to help her get into the mood? (more dates, candles, nice lights, body massages, etc)
