Basically to keep a long story short, there’s been this back and fourth between this coworker of mine and it’s like at the beginning, I was showing her I found her attractive, I would speak to her, doing everything I had to then she started showing it back, then somehow I let fear get to me, started looking away, speak sometimes, I got up the balls to talk to her one day, had a decent little small conversation, didn’t stop me from overthinking because she hinted at hanging out that night, I declined because my mind went to me having a car, I didn’t maintain eye contact, and I didn’t communicate properly. So after that, I had seen her again and was going to do it again, but this time do it right and it looked kinda as if she was trying to avoid me, so I didn’t approach her. Then I didn’t see her for a while. Started overthinking again, she came back, me thinking it’s been too long She’s not interested anymore (overthinking is a bitch) and me finding that out to be completely wrong. At this point, any time I saw her I would look at her, then look away, then look back at her. She had her hair done and I couldn’t even tell her I liked it. I tried talking to her another day and she just told me she couldn’t right now and then asked me if I worked the next day, I said yeah and we said we’ll see each other tomorrow. (We didn’t or at least I didn’t see her) so that whole week I just went on doing me like I’m not gonna bother her while she’s working. So I never did. Then I decided to do something I shouldn’t have so I decided to just avoid her because i felt like what I did was creepy, and wrong so I didn’t want her to see me. But then that’s when it got weird. I avoided her for an entire week. Then when I come back that next Monday, I see her name on the sign in sheet when she clocks in hours before I do so that made me question like why’d she clock in this late? But I just looked past it. Then as I’m getting ready to go see where I’m working, the door starts opening and it’s her so I rush into the dish room to hide. Not really sure if that was a coincidence or not, but I decided I’m not going to run and hide anymore if shit like that is just going to happen. So, recently, one day at work as I’m walking the halls, we cross paths and I do it again. I look at her, look down, then look back up at her and just “wave.” She said hey back. This whole entire time her eyes are locked on me. That same day, I attempt twice to go to where she is and talk to her. The first time she was on the phone, the second I just bitched out because I kept thinking about what I did and how she saw it and how she thinks I’m weird for and shit now so I wuss out. Then yesterday, I’m out with my family when I see a baddie in a car, one part of my mind is just me looking at a baddie, the other part is wondering “wait a minute.. is that her?” She looks up, our eyes meet, I look away, then look back up at her, and she’s following as the car goes by. I didn’t speak to her that time man. 😔 I didn’t walk over to her car, I’ve went about this all wrong and at this point she’s just gotta be like yeah, this guy is weird uh uh no go screw that.

she super pretty I agree. And nah bro, no seduction techniques lol. Just talk like normal people, she had a small accent and I asked her where she’s from. her parents are from portugal and she was born here (US).
just normal convo like what your major, how’s school, what sports she plays (because we met at the gym) etc. I could tell she was interested in me because first she took me and showed me the water fountain instead of just telling me directions to get there and she also had strong eye contact with me from the get go
we’ve only kissed a lot but I’m in no rush to have sex or anything, she’s cute and sweet so I wanna take my time with her :)
