It sounds like it may be time for you to consider a therapist. You may have depression or other issues holding you back. This seems more deeper an issue than just problems with seduction.
The problem is many therapists aren’t really attuned to men’s issues, or ways of dealing with depression. So you may have to hunt for one that is a good fit.

If you’re living nearby your college, you could call their health services and ask for a recommendation for a therapist. The most important thing is finding one you “click” with and feel like you can talk to. It might take a few false starts—doing a couple sessions with someone who doesn’t end up being a great fit—before you find a good match.

There isn’t a magic formula, it’s just plain guessing out of a phone book (metaphorical - I mean search google maps for ‘therapists’ near me - and then trial and error. You may have to visit 2-4 to find a good fit.
I don’t know your location, income level, prior beliefs about various schools of psychology, or whether or not you have other issues that would require a specialist, say in ocd or something. However, as one good approach, I’d search first for a male therapist who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy as a good start.
If you can’t find one easily, suggest you consider finding and reading david Burns feeling good handbook fir a good intro to CBT. David Burns has a prior book on using CBT In dating but it’s out of print.

Make new friends

You make a solid point about friendships being undervalued: I know of many male friends of mine, including myself, who have chased sex at the expense of cultivating friendships and bonds with others over a long time. And then you act surprised when you find you have little to no support circle. Dating is overrated, buddy. Take care of your mental health first, forge good friendships and just enjoying normal everyday things. The dating and sex will follow.

I'm 27 and haven't been on a date in 27 years so it could be worse. Hell I've never even had the courage to ask somebody out. I can't even make a Tinder profile because I fear I'll get no matches and it will make me feel worse. I'm in decent shape at 170lbs 5'10" @ roughly 15%bf and it doesn't make me feel good I just have body dysmorphia now. I would like to figure this dating stuff out but every time I reach a "goal" I set for myself it just keeps moving further. It's like when I do this or that I'll be good enough but it never happens.

You probably need therapy

I mean probably but I don't think I'm the kind of person it would work for. I'm literally in my head all day analyzing every action and trying to predict every reaction. Hell I've had imaginary dates in my head just to try and see what I would say or do in different situations, but it never turns out well because I of how much I dislike myself.

Go on a trip..start back packing and hiking. You can look good but no one wants to date some boring dude. I have 1 friend left in my city but I still gym, go out, hike, camp, and was going on dates till I met my gf.

Just keep trucking. Being locked in your house is the worst thing you can do. Get some plants. Something that you need to put effort in. Go hit the beach, read while you're there, maybe scope out a babe.
It's hard but keep going forward. This is coming from someone with a failed attempt on themselves years ago. It's not worth it man

Living alone sucks major balls. Been going through the same these past few months. If you want to start socializing it's best if you join a club/community type thing where there is a lot of human interactions. Taking some special classes in dance or yoga might land you with some healthy people. And the best advice, earn loads of money.

You need to put the ladies to the side and seek some help.
Being lonely is a common theme nowadays. If you live near a metropolitan area then I'd check out meetup.com. it's a great platform to start finding social gatherings.

Depression is a motherfucker. And this ain’t really the forum to give you any advice outside of seeking professional help. Do it!

Don’t think having friends will magically fix your dating life. But, you can fill your time with partying or other activities that will take your mind off if it and keep you content.
This is something that won’t magically fix itself. With a therapist, you may need to try a few before you find the right one. Keep that in mind. A therapist would probably tell you the same thing.
Ultimately, it’s up to you to fix your life. It’s not rocket science, but you will have to take action as no one else will do it for you.
Also, be very careful with drugs and alcohol. Stick to weed as that is non addictive and safe. All the conditions are set for alcohol addiction when you don’t have much of a life. Alcohol is the drug of isolation and you can become hooked by using once a week. Alcohol may be fine for some people when they are social. But, if you don’t have much of a social life, stay clear from it. It can be very dangerous under those conditions. It can become a replacement for a social life you don’t have and that’s addiction. Once that hooks, it will be out of your control whether you drink or not. And that’s a very bad place to be.

Bruh, you’re fucking 6’1. Wtf is wrong with you?

I agree with others — you need to strongly consider therapy/counseling in order to have an objective observer in your life you could potentially see things from a different perspective and help you out. Also, focus on making guy friends.

Just get a fuckin sick ass gaming rig, make a twitch and go hard in the streaming. Interact with the community by making your own.

Bro I just thought about something that nobody else is talking about. Have you ever thought that just maybe, it might be your location? When it comes to lifestyle/quality of life, including dating, location definitely matters. Wherever you live now, one city or state over more women may love the type of guy you are. This stuff is real. What state are you in if you don't mind me asking?

See a therapist and call a hotline if you are thinking about death, please call someone!
Beyond that know that life gets much better, I'm a middle aged man and I have so many good things in my life and I was lonely and unsure earlier in my life too. In fact most people are at some points in their life.
What can you do starting now? Look for social groups in your community, Meetup.com is a great place. Some newspapers publish groups as well, especially independent papers. Go meet any group that interest you at all, just to talk and make friends.
Write everyday something you are thankful for. The blue skies, a decent job, a walk after a rain storm. You are blessed to live a life that gives you a computer and internet, so you are in decent place compared to so many humans throughout history!
Plan your day and write down a small goal everyday. Accomplish it and write how it makes you feel, start thinking about where you want to be and how to get there. maybe its time to move to a new city, or start a new career, or even travel/move to a new country.
Lastly, to make friends... be a friend. You said you have a few friends, start actively inviting them to do things with you, most people who are not married/have small kids are laying around at home at least some of each day and each weekend. come up with all sorts of parties like watch episodes of your favorite show, make your favorite dessert/dish party, sunset and small picnic/bbq party. Go to a lake or river party. And when you meet new people get their info and invite them to your parties. Soon you will be the person known as they guy that throws cool parties. They dont have to be complicated.
Best of luck!!!!!
