Be careful with women who don't let go of their ex. It's common to breakup and test the waters. A few weeks or months later she will go running back to him. She'll give a weak excuse for breaking it off with you like she's just not ready, or she's really busy with school.

Be a man with personal authority, meaning let it roll off your back. If it gets to a point where it's affecting your relationship tell gf no more or you bounce. Yes, you're going to be angry and triggered. Keep those thoughts to yourself and never let them show or gf will think you're weak and that maybe ex is a better man than you.
