Going for the menage a trois (or quatre) would be the riskiest path, making it more likely you sleep alone. But, what a badass you'd be if you pulled it off?

Some thoughts:

It's good that you have multiple interested girls coming to your party. Jealousy is a strong motivator. It will also show beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are pre-approved, which women find irresistible. The AFC action would be to focus on one girl, and be very attentive to her, at the expense of all others...you've already gotten off on the right foot by bringing three girls to the table.

The two that told you they will sleep with you...well, they'll probably sleep with you. Hard to imagine, I know, but if she said it in no uncertain terms, she probably meant it. Pick the one you want to sleep with most that night, and flirt and escalate with the other girls slightly more aggressively throughout the night...leaving her wondering if you really like her.

At the end of the night, assuming she's been compliant through the night and seems to be hanging on your every word, start ramping up with the target, making it subtly apparent that you were undecided between the three girls, but that she's won you over.

Ask her to stick around to help you clean up or something as the night wears down. If she tries to leave earlier than when you start implementing your end game strategy, draw her back in, with a friendly order to check something out (pictures or something you've talked to her about). While you're in your room in privacy, escalate and sneak a kiss or something, to give her a bit of a BT spike. If she still leaves early, do the same with your second choice. Assuming you haven't blatantly made out with another girl that night, she will assume the same situation: You were undecided, but now your preferences have become clear.

Be careful that you don't run out the clock doing this. Make sure you have strong kino from the begining of the night, like a firm hug at the door. Do the arm around the shoulder with each of them throughout the night as you circulate the room (this is good because it is very visible and the other girls will see it).

At some point, while the party is still going, isolate and initate make out(s) with one or more of them. Do it in a back room so the other two don't see.

If you want to go for the multiple partner deal, get two of them to come back to your bedroom on some pretext (patron back there for shots as opposed to the Cuervo in the kitchen). Have one girl pour the shots, as she does that massage the other's shoulders. Then, as if the idea just occurred to you, "have you ever had a dual massage?"

Always go with the sure thing. ALWAYS. Try to make a choice by the evening's mid-way point or so, so that you don't end up awkwardly trying to shift attention to one in particular at the end of the night.

With the assurance of some good IOI's, I say just make sure you keep it fun for everyone, and move fluently between all three. You might need to enlist a wingman to pull this off properly, because you will undoubtedly get attention from all 3, remember to isolate a target for some fun games, and one on one time, kiss close her, or more, then re-frame after the fact. How far can you take her ? If she is giving you doggie dinner bowl eyes, make sure you don't get concerned with the other two, and move in for the kill. If she blows you off, you still have your other options, which might work well as pivots before the end of the night for your initial target. All in all, should be a good time had by all.

I seem to be in the minority here, but in this case, I will always try to isolate one of the girls, preferably after the others have left. I would choose one early in the night to go after, and still talk to the others, but not so much that they would want to stick around to see if they could hook up with me. I highly prefer 1-target situations, less juggling.
