I will start this with Morgan Freeman words - "Do not chase women. Let the women chase you". Number one thing you can do to improve your dating experience is just by focusing on yourself and your goals. Yours goals are the only thing in this world that's worth the chasing. No matter how good the girl looks or how much you are craving for sex, your ambitions should be always number one thing to seek on. No sex in this world can compare to the feeling when you climb the mountain which you wanted to climb to for years, the feeling when you've been working so hard and become financially independent, the feeling when you see your six pack at any lighting after working out for months. I can go on and on, but those things depends on what do you seek in your life. It may be small ambitions or enormous goals but the feeling you get when you achieve those things it's one of the things what's life really about. It's about fulfilling yourself as a person. These are the things that improves your game and gives you confidence. It's not about how big your house is or how much money is in your bank account that attracts women. It's about that you've achieved it all by yourself, by desire to get better and fulfill your dreams. These are the things that women does seek in men. Yes, there is looks, but you don't have to be Ryan Gosling with a Zac Efron body type to be attractive. Maintain your diet, hit the gym, smell good, maitain your hygiene and wear clothes that fits on you nicely. Those are things that anyone of you can start doing just right now. I've seen guys chickening on talking to girls and saying "Look at her, she's way out of my league, there's no way she's going to talk to me". But how are going to find out if haven't even asked her name? There's a big chance that she sees you much more attractive than you do see yourself. So guys, if you want to improve your game, start it by improving yourselves.
Thanks, for coming to my TED talk

Having a good physique goes a looooooong way, nothing even difficult, just lean out: run miles a day or every other day at the least and you're set, anything more will just exponentially increase your success.
[–]MikeLittner 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
How many weeks to go to lean from slim fat ?
[–]thedudesmashes 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Depends how much your running and exercising and dieting. Cut out soda and fast food, run 1-3 miles a day and your looking at about 2-3 weeks you'll notice the difference if you're actually putting out and playing by the rules.
Keyword: youll notice. You see yourself everyday so they slightest differences will pop to you before they do for anyone else

East African so fat is stored in bad areas, love handles are last part to go for most of my ethnic group. I’ve been doing walking and football/soccer past 4 months as I’ve come down from 96kg in January. Push ups whenever I can. Gonna start gym after lockdown. How is my frame and is my current plan ok ? Do I need to do anything extra ? I have started to eliminate soda and fast food

What if you lack any of the skills to succeed at all, make money, or even be financially independent?
Am on the spectrum, for reference
[–]lukasbo7800 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
What I've said is just examples of what success may look for some people. Work on what you can do, there's a lot of skills you can improve on and lot of things that you can achieve if you are willing to work hard. Amadeus Mozart, Lewis Carroll, Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, Nikola Tesla. All of those successful people showed the signs of autisim, of course it's impossible to tell if they really had it now, but if they did, it never stopped them and now we see their names in history books. I'am not trying to compare you to anyone as everybody is unique in their own way. I bet there's a lot of things you are better or you can be better at than anyone else.
[–]Aeon199 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well you're wrong. The only thing autism (with ADHD) is, for me, is a curse that took everything away and gave nothing back.

I love it dude. That feeling is amazing. I'm approaching completing one large milestone of my training program at work, and when I get there it's going to feel amazing I can picture the swaggerous walk I'm going to have moving forward .

Women don’t chase all men, if you’re a ugly guy there’s not a single woman that will chase you. If you’re hot and all that then of course they will but if you’re average you will have to cold approach and if you’re below average women won’t even accept your cold approaches. Having a six pack is not a realistic goal since not everyone can get to 7% body fat to actually have them. You contradict yourself by saying financially stable is a goal yet someone earning more money or having a big house isn’t? None of that plays into game, if she doesn’t even find you attractive she isn’t gonna let you run game on her. All that self improvement bullshit doesn’t help if you’re still have a ugly face. I know this on personal experiences. Your TED talk is a waste of time.

Mate honestly, practice makes perfect. You will undeniably fail here and there. Listening to people's advice can work to a point but ultimately it depends on the girls you meet and how you are as a person. Not all girls are meant for you and the moves you used for this girl won't work for another girl. Rejection is a normal part of seduction. Work for your aspirations and work out. Working out is a key factor to seduction not only for looks but for confidence. This will significantly raise your chances of seduction because now you look like someone from a movie and u will sound like you know your shit. Not only will girls admire you but everyone will.

Practice makes perfect, the biggest impediment men face is having to deal with feeling social awkwardness when first learning to be social, theres no avoiding the pain of cringe when you're starting out and messing up😂

Here's a bunch of platitudes from experience.
Don't EVER attach yourself to a person, a place, a company, an organization, or a project, Attach yourself only to a mission. That's where true power comes from.
Advice on here will get you laid a few times maybe but if you want a fulfilling life and phenomenal relationships or love, I don't believe it's possible without true purpose.
If you don't care about your life no one else will. There's NO ONE coming to save you from you.
My life, the positive and negative outcomes are my responsibility and no one else's. Stop playing the blame game and get to work on your own life. If you feel like changing, Know what you want to change, why you want to change that, and have a plan with deadlines to do so or your life will slip through your fingers.
What you fear you attract and what you focus on disappears. Fear means both Forget Everything and Run, and Face Everything and Rise. It's a constant choice.
Whether you believe in manifestation or not, the world has a funny way of making the things you worry about happen. Eventually if you want to outgrow your worries you need to face things that scare you. In life you will never be problem free. You just get better problems.
Unknown expectations are resentments waiting to happen.
Your emotions evolved as a way to deal with life's expectations not being met. Your sadness, anger, and jealousy are yours to own and they are all indicators that something inside or out needs to change.
Always be prepared to walk away and mean it.
This is hard but helpful. Remember that dating isn't about getting everyone to like you, it's about sorting through people you're interested in and looking for indications that they're interested in you.
There is no strength without struggle.
Our brains are evolved to seek comfort and familiarity but it will not help you grow. If you went to the gym every day but did not not push on your limits not much would change. Stop trying to seek the easy route and accept that the obstacle is the way.
Don't ever let your fears disguise themselves as patience.
Our brains are incredibly good at making excuses not to do things. I've had to strap myself to a chair at times to remind myself that I need to focus or my brain will distract me. It seems drastic but life is drastic.
Comparison is the thief of joy and compassion is the source of it.
If you look at the world only as an opportunity to take then it will only take from you. Understand the true power of gratitude and use your gifts to give.
Communication is the source of most of your problems, but it's also the solution.
You're communicating things to yourself and others that you aren't aware of. When you understand this and begin to control it you become powerful. Don't only seek to listen to someone but to understand someone and you'll never run out of things to talk about.
In the end you'll be able to look back and connect the dots
Your life is about choices. You may think it's okay to skip or run away from some of them but it's all connected. It's a balance of emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual growth, too much effort or emphasis on one can diminish the others.
The life of a coward was no life at all.
If you want to REALLY change your life fast. Take out a piece of paper right now and write down the things you are most afraid of. Now number them, set dates to them, and do them. The BEST things in life are hard. It's really an unavoidable truth, but if you can accept it and maybe even one day relish it, then the world is yours.
The leader doesn't ask, he tells.
This doesn't mean be an asshole, it means be more direct. The biggest change in dating for me was this. When I stopped asking for dates and started telling people to join me, HUGE difference.
Men and Women are different but one is not better than the other.
Whether you're feminist or male activist or whatever, stop making it a competition, remember how I said earlier it was the thief of joy?
It's okay that we're different, it's absolutely beautiful and when you accept it and start to see it, and appreciate it things get better. It's very easy to slip into the better than/less than bullshit. Don't do it. It's a trap. When I finally learned that men often solve problems by seeking solutions and women often solve problems by feeling for them it was huge. Find your own appreciation for the differences.
When women say I felt or I didn't feel a "connection" with you it often means you did or didn't make her feel ANY emotions when you were together.
Communicating emotionally with a woman from a place of centered strength is the hardest thing to figure out. I was bad at and I'm still learning. With experience you learn how to stir up emotion in people in your own way. Any emotion is better than none. Frustrated, happy, challenged, shocked, aroused, embarrassed, amused, curious, safe, comfortable, are all feelings. Pay attention to how you can say something with body language or inflection to make it mean something completely different.
I believe this is why the TV show The Office was so successful. Every character is saying one thing and often meaning something else with their inflection or the context of the show. You have to kind of read the subtext and its kind of fun. Women LOVE doing this. Men too certainly but women really love it.
Good Luck Friends. This shit is hard but it's the only good fight there is.
*Edited because I forgot an important one that people never talk about on here.

You gotta go out.
Kind of a problem to recommend this without any explanation for how to deal with the current pandemic.
Telling guys to just go out and game as if everything is normal, is irresponsible at best.
Honest Signalz put out of video recently showing himself running cold approaches under social distance rules and showed that it could be done responsibly.
Just telling guys to go out there for 1 to 4 hours for every hour they study is, at this point, like telling someone to just be themselves. It's insufficient and incomplete advice.

1.) He didn't specify that.
It's a global pandemic. If you're on Earth, one shouldn't need to specify this.
I mention this, and your response was to double down.
2) There are dozens of posts about that specific topic already.
Anyone who's responsible will need to be addressing this when talking about game for the foreseeable future until there is a vaccine. Everything else is severely irresponsible and doesn't belong on this sub.
3) This current situation is going to end.
Sure. But it's here now. We have to deal with it.
4) No one answered his question that way.
I guess no one else was responsible. There aren't always responsible people on a thread.
It doesn't take very much to simply put in a comment about it.

What's helped me is that you shouldn't have to try so hard. Should just go with the flow and happen naturally. Thinking back, any girl I dated or had sex with just happened naturally going with the flow. As an example, this hot girl I dated worked at a Shoppers store. I went in there looking at cologne and she came up to help. I asked her if she was from my country and she said yes and we started talking and she offered a discount in the form of buying it for herself and giving it to me after work. So we exchanged numbers to keep in touch and met after work. It was all wraped up and we made plans to further hang out. We hang out couple times, just sitting in a car going for a small drive and talking and chilling and she just out of no where turned to me and said you're going to make me want to fuck you. And I wasn't even doing anything to get her to say that. I think what was doing it is I didn't make any direct comments to her. Just having a good vibe, being happy, having confidence, being relax attracted her to me in that sense. I would say the most helpful thing is just to be yourself and don't try so hard. Just go with the flow. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn't, then it doesn't.
[–]thedudesmashes 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
So treating a women like you would anyone is in it's own form a neg, (display of confidence/ displaying higher value, getting her to wonder why your doing what you are in a good way)
because: your showing her that your confident and not intimidated by her by not treating her anything special, ie: flirting, being shakey. Just being relaxed and not thirsty goes just as far at the best neg in the world.
[–]jakeup58874 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Yes, that's a better way to put it. However, other girls, that aren't really into you and require some persuation, can be different story. This other girl, was into another guy I knew. He was built. She was talking about him. I told her I would look better if I was as jacked as him because I'm taller. In a humour way at the bar. She said that's true in a way that made me feel good about myself. She already knew I was going to the gym at a ramped up rate. So I asked her if she wanted to hangout sometime, and then asked if she wanted to be my girlfriend when we hung out. I naturally felt confident saying all of that because her body language was essentially indicating she had some interest in me.
Body language is so underrated.
What I said above is advice to be stored in your mental tool box, not taken as across the board advice that applies to every situation ever.
Agreed, master the basics firstly.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Treating women like human beings is not a neg. It always amazes me how guys can get it right and still understand it so wrong.
It's not some kind of power play. Women want to be treated like human beings. We don't want to feel like every interaction you have with us is a ploy to get us into bed and/or a relationship. Making interactions comfortable and low-pressure gives women a chance to get to know and actually like you.
[–]thedudesmashes 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Some guys have to consciously act "normal" around women because they either get nervous angsty or just flat out have no idea what to do.
Men and women are very differnet in so many ways, one being how something is explained and interpreted.
I'd say try to see where they're coming from but your response says enough about your level of understanding pertaining to the majority of men who just want a girlfriend but have no clue where to start.
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Listen I don't disagree with your advice, and I don't doubt some guys struggle with the concept.
I just think always wording these things like it's some kind of tug-of-war to decide who has the most power seems antagonizing and creates the wrong mindset for entering a relationship. If you view every interaction with the opposite sex as a competition and can't see the other person as a human being, how are you going to co-exist with each other in a healthy way?
I think viewing women as the enemy or a prize to be won or a stuck-up bitch who needs to be put in her place is not beneficial to anyone. Instead, approach it as you would any other social interaction. If you wanted to become friends with a guy you admire, would you text him all the time and obviously put him on a pedestal? No, because that would be off-putting to most people. Now apply that logic to women.
[–]thedudesmashes 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
The example you used your assuming is common sense, common sense is subjective and not everyones on the same page as you.
But I see your point.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Thanks, I didn't mean to be contrary to what you said because I agree with you for the most part.
I just don't see it as a "neg" (ie showing a woman she's not all that, you're better than her or whatever) but rather that you are interested in her as a person (but not more interested than you would be in any other person).
[–]Aeon199 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
Looks and height, probably. If not that, I'm assuming you have status or good money.
I'm socially challenged and average-looking, so I have none of the above. "Things happen" sure, but not if you're below the curve like me.
TL;DR It's not possible to find woman, provided I can't be a functional member of society
[–][deleted] 4 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Growing a thicker skin and realizing the problem is very rarely other people or external circumstances, its your self image and self development and whether you react to your life or take action yourself
Essentially: Start on the inside, working outwardly?
[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah basically, eventually I just realized I was a fearful, triggered bitch who couldn't go for what I want in life, including going for girls, and was threatened by others who have what I dont. So changing the internal narrative has been key, although it's still a WIP. You start making small changes that start reinforcing a greater feeling of stability and trust in yourself , and the more the trauma and pain bodies lose power, the more risks you can start taking and being more vulnerable because shit doesn't bother you as much. Out of that transformation and the pain is what's coming an actual personality for me
