Yes but to an extent, looks only increases peoples attention. Confidence and all the other factors contribute the majority of what matters.

Confidence is about not giving a fuck. Everyone gives shit tests and the only way to get through a shit test is to have confidence. I often get tested with girls to see if I will crack and bail or if I can deal with jealousy, and insecurity. If a girl is going to sleep with you, she wants to know what kind of guy you are beforehand. They have very high radar for insecurity because they don't want you stalking them after only knowing each other for a day. Can you deal with rejection, or are you going to cry like a baby? Girls need a man who won't cave the first sign of drama.

Guys who are too quick to please a girl is a huge red light for them. They want to know that you are self sufficient, able to entertain yourself, and have an active social life. They are afraid of guys who invest themselves. They just want a warm body for tonight and if they feel like it, they will completely drop you all together, and you have no say in it.

Confidence is about being good with yourself, no matter the situation. You are unchanging, always pleasant, and respectful. This makes girls feel safe to open up and be more themselves. I don't know about anyone else but I want to have fun with the girls. I want us to open up and be free, even for just a night. This means that you need to be able to create a safe container for this to happen. And that means that you have to be able to not judge her in any way, and not loose yourself in the relationship. Good or bad. Harmony or mess, you are still the same old guy.

Looks will get people's interest but if you don't have confidence, you can't really have relations with anyone.

I highly disagree

Beauty and attractiveness are the biggest enemies on the journey to find love. Here's an excerpt from the link i posted:

I sometimes frequent subs of incels posting their selfies and honestly majority of them looks pretty good, like id date them good only if we're emotionally compatible with each other. Beauty may be a nice thing to have especially during your early years of life but by the time you reach your senior years...that beauty is gone and all thats left is who you are as a person, thats what your life partner should care about.
