Yes it's a linear progression of rejection to exchanging info

You have no way of knowing who will reject you and who will be receptive and any attempt to avoid rejection is denying the process and also needy behavior

It is not just a number games, you have to reflect to improve yourself. I cond talked to a pick up coach who approached about 20k. He told me he had to approach 300 women to get his first lay and now he approaches betweent 10-15

Is it all a numbers game in the end of the day.

There's a common misconception that if you just do approaches over and over again, you will magically get better. But practice makes habit. If you don't know what you're doing when you go in, repeatedly approaching will ingrain bad habits.

My approaches are not the best, but I'm not interested in researching a bunch on cold approaches.

You haven't really said anything about what your approaches are like so I'm not sure what you expect in terms of feedback here.

You haven't said what your opener is or how you come up/came up with it.
You haven't said what the typical reaction to your opener is.
You haven't said what you talk about after the opener.
You haven't said what your number closes like or what you do with the end of the interaction.
