I've had a social weekend thus far. I participated in a sporting event yesterday, didn't really talk to anyone though. Today, I went to a farmers market, the city park, and an Italian food festival, as well as a plant shop. I ran into some people I knew from school and a summer program here (two dudes). Also, I actually saw a girl I tried to cold approach at a restaurant a month or two ago at this festival, but she was with a guy and a girl. It's a small world.

On the way to my parents' house, I stopped at a gas station. Before I pulled in, I could see this girl pumping gas into her Subraru and I could tell she was very good looking. While I don't remember exactly what she was wearing out of bewilderment, she had big, toned thighs and a narrow waist.

She was about a 5'5" blonde with red Nike blazer high tops, maybe about 20-22 years old. Now I was wearing NB 574 sneakers in navy blue which matches my navy blue shirt. I made the mistake of standing there and pumping my gas without opening her on the topic of shoes. When she started pumping her gas though, it appeared to me from an angle that she walked to the other side to her car door, so maybe she was trying to avoid being seen?

I don't know why I make this so hard. Most good looking women I see when I'm out in public are with another guy, another girl, a group of girls, or a group of guys and girls. It's less common that I see a single girl just doing things by herself than I do these categories of people. What would you have done here?
