When girls want to ghost you, they do it in one of 2 ways: 1. they ghost you right away after your move 2. or they send you a few messages and THEN ghost you like some sort of "gentle ghosting"

This gentle ghosting often happens if you work together, you go to the same school or you've been friends for years. In those cases a girl doesn't want to be a total jerk, so even though she wanted to ghost you right away, she still texts you for some time. And she hopes that you'll read between the lines and move on. Basically, that is the same as regular ghosting (which she uses on strangers) except that she wants to be nicer towards you while rejecting you. Often you'll hear: "you are such a nice person, but I'm not feeling it" excuse in these cases.

About your case, why did you leave a note at all? You should have talked to her face to face. Further, if you are a rookie in the dating world, you were probably too naive, too open, too honest, too emotional, easy to win, zero challenge.

It’s hard to know exactly why she ghosted you without knowing what you talked about or the full context of your situation, but you seem really focused on what you like about her, and not so focused on what she wants or what she likes about you. That indicates a lack of calibration, which may or may not have undermined you this time, but which has almost certainly undermined you before, and which will almost certainly undermine you again if you don’t change that.

To answer your second question, there is pretty much no chance of making it work, she’s ignored your messages and has even gone to the extent of unfollowing you. Go for someone else instead.

You didn’t build enough attraction for her, so she moved on. The fact she actually got back to you and chatted was good and meant she was considering you. But the ghosting in no bueno. It’s ok kid..these things happen. This is how you get good with girls, you keep getting rejected and eventually you’ll get better and better.

If she suddenly unfollowed you, it could also be she got back with her ex or started being serious with another guy and at that point you could mess that up for her if he finds out. Super hot girls or stunners aren't really that "hard" to pick up. They just aren't single very often so you only ever have a very tiny window of opportunity. All guys find her hot so she wouldn't stay available long...

I have some ideas, although I don't know many details of the situation...

She probably found it cool and flattering that you gave her your number. Nice job. That's probably why she chatted with you later on Insta.

However if she unfollowed you, that implies to me that you did something to scare her enough to want/need to unfollow. So the question then is "what did you do?" My guest is you somehow triggered a loss of trust. This could happen if you come across as wanting something (neediness), accidentally being pushy or intimidating, or if she felt you were not being open or honest with her (authenticity).

So I feel she is gone and you definitely should not try and win her back (chasing people can feel intimidating) BUT it's good that you are trying to think about the situation and determine what part went wrong. All it takes is one moment to make someone feel uncomfortable and they will run or try and protect themselves. Seduction is not easy. If you can think of what moment may have made her feel uncomfortable, please let me know.
