32/m here. Depends on what you mean by "beautiful". Are you referring merely to aesthetics? Or something deeper? Aesthetic beauty can be taught, but having a beautiful personality cannot.

That being said, in short? Be interesting. Do things that make great stories. Go rock climbing. Back woods camping. Go teach strangers to juggle. Buy a ukulele. Take up archery. Read a lot. Learn about a topic that interests you, and become passionate about it.

Reading reddit? Not interesting. Playing video games? Not interesting. Watching movies and TV all day? Not interesting. :)

You need general knowledge about the girls you want to be around.

A guy who only plays World of Warcraft will have less knowledge than the person who plays Xbox, PS3, Gamecube, and Nintendo 64. When you have more knowledge, you'll be able to connect to the beautiful girls more often then not. This will also develop your opinions on certain topics which will make you more attractive (I.e. Xbox is way better than PS3); Know the difference between a geek (WoW) and a nerd (Video games in general).

To add on: Demographics is a big one. Knowing where the girls you want to attract will be gives you a GREATER chance of getting with a beautiful girl with the same interests. For example, an anime lover like me should go to an anime convention rather than an arts and crafts convention.

For more of this advice, you should definitely read a book called Models: Attract Women Through Honesty. Probably one of the best books out there that could also help you with your question.

What do girls look for, what is attraction?

Here are a few things:

Socially savvy, talented at conversation; e.g. not creepy
Self assurance, confidence; e.g. certainty with women
Independence; e.g. you aren't living off your parents with no income
Sexiness, warmth; an elegant personality that's attractive enough and mysterious enough to make you want to chase
Purpose in life, you have goals, you are motivated; e.g. edginess you aren't some pothead fat fuck who lays around and does jack for life or plays games all day
Vulnerability

You don't ever ever want her to see you:

Complaining and whining
Supplicating to her, and acting like she's god
Having no friends, preselection is one of the best attraction builders in this game
Being insecure and needy with her; e.g. looking for reactions and not being certain with your actions
