Well shooting for both is the risky play because you will very likely end up with none, but that's still worth the shot imo if you enjoy this kind of thrill. Basically I would create a group with both of them and casually ask them out both together. If it goes well you can offer them to go to your place or theirs and see what happens. Obviously asking questions on whether or not they like girls, threesomes, without making it too obvious or creepy. Keep the energy light and playful.

Already posted something yesterday and yeah some people were throwing out the usual doom and gloom "don't do this don't do that don't listen to that guy" but the real thing worth paying attention to is the rejection risk. If you shoot for the prettier one and she's not feeling it, there's a decent chance the other one hears about it and now you've lost both. They're roommates who work together and they talk about everything.

So honestly if both are genuinely good options just go with whoever's responding more to social signals. Who was touching your arm, who was laughing more, who was finding reasons to keep the conversation going. That stuff tells you way more than looks do.

Text them both something low key and get a casual hangout going first. Let it play out and one of them will make it pretty obvious pretty fast. Don't isolate the other one for now by only setting up plans with one of them. Involve both via a message, have a fun plan ready and tell them when it's happening. Don't say shit like "You want to hang out sometime?"

If you are desperate, you'll get none of them. Women can smell off desperation from a mile away. The vibe you carry, your lack of standards, your attempt to hedge your options, the fact that they will know you'll take what you can get is exactly what will turn them off.

Trying to get a girl with a needy mindset is just not attractive and it shows through the vibe even if you try to hide it. Because you will be willing to adapt to things you shouldn't adapt just to get one of them, and you will over chase them, and trying harder than they do. Willing to move mountains while they barely move a finger.

So no, you have to choose one the one you actually like, the one you say is prettier, and if she says no that's it move on. Don't go for the other one. You ask her out for a coffee just you and her with an specific definite date/time.

But this negative self-talk where you say you are "desperate" and a "loser", tells me you will get none of the regardless of what you do because you have emotional baggage and self-esteem issues to resolve first.

My advice, beggers can't be choosers. What you did was the best move. You talk to both.

Here's the problem that a lot of men do, they see a group of pretty girls and then immediately go to the hottest one. Problem is you just told the whole room that this is the girl you want. So if that girl says no, every girl you saw that interaction is going to ignore you because you just told the room "this girl is rpettier than all of you". Nobody is trying to be 2nd.

Plus also think about it like this, when you are with your boys and a cute girl comes up and neither of you are sure, either you both say "best man wins" where no feeluings are hurt or one guy calls dibs and the other steps back to avoid hurting frineships. The latter most likely happens. You never know if those girls are doing that too with you.

My advice with groups is always, entertain the group. Because if you can entertain the group it comes off as "this guy is trying to get to know us, he's not trying to fuck us". Then remember beggers cant be choosers. At a certain point you guys will have so much fun that one girl is going to come up to you make it obvious that she's into you. SO you let them decide in a weird way.

Dont text one girl, dont show prefences. Text them both in a group chat to hangout again. Tell them you had a good time and tell them how you know this other pub you can shopw them that's really fun.

Problem if you text one of them, what happens if you choose wrong and that's the girl that doesnt like you but the other one does? Now the other one finds out and loses interest. So again, play the field until the field decides who likes you.

If they both came out and showed up to multiple venues and you're actually being as charming and flirty as you're insinuating then threesome might be on the table. Believe me, they're both well aware of the situation and would probably have worked about between them which one would come meet you if they weren't open to the suggestion. Normally I would never recommend this cuz most guys are just starting out but from what you've told us it sounds plausibly on the table. If they're following your lead that well, you lose absolutely no progress or points by subtly suggesting the three of you head back to your place.
