I have been in the seduction community for about a year and a half. And I have progressed from beginner-intermediate, to intermediate-advanced. In my time I have found that for the majority of people, the two most inhibiting factors to becoming good with women are:

A) Anxiety

B) Lack of Motivation

Though they often go hand in hand, today I would like to Discuss and List effective Strategies of combating Anxiety. (none of that vague be mindful advice). Anxiety, though it strikes in the moment, can be combatted effectively by the right continuous balance of hormones and neurochemicals (Which neither I (or anybody) can or will explain to you fully)

With that said I have found The following to be effective techniques of dealing with anxiety, and I urge you to share and up-vote other clearly explained techniques as well as correct any info I have posted.

********************HEALTHY********************

Aerobic Exercise: - Very Effective: Daily aerobic exercise may mean trouble for your gains, but it leans you out makes you healthy, and most importantly it fights anxiety. By releasing endocannabinoids, SHBG to keep your hormones in check, and a cacophony of other discovered and undiscovered ways that moderate to intense daily aerobic activity prepares your body to combat stress, there is no more effective way of fighting stress (besides drugs) than aerobic activity. It doesn't happen over night though. Mice that ran for 3 weeks still cowered in fear, but after 6 weeks of running mice explored dark uncharted territory with artificially elevated stress levels easily.

Anaerobic Exercise - Effective: Do heavy lifting 3 times a week, the 5x5 strong lifts is a great place to start, and if you aren't doing squats, dead lifts, Weighted Lunges, Box Jumps or hill springs, then you aren't working out (these modify your hormones, and your hormones do most of the work).Resistance Training, Sprinting, etc are a different breed of exercise, than Aerobic, but in some situations, even more effective than Aerobic Exercise. Resistance Training increases Testosterone levels, Lowers Cortisol levels and does a host of other things if you care to read about it. It has been shown more effective than Aerobic Exercises in fighting certain anxiety and depression disorders (though not quite as effective for exploring uncharted territory, (which I am anecdotally connecting approach anxiety to)). In this humble sedditors honest opinion, if you aren't doing both, you aren't doing it right.

Healthy Diet - Effective: When I say healthy I mean healthy. Tons of vegetables, decent amount of fruit, some beans, some nuts, and some meat here and there. But going beyond this there are more specific things you can do to fight that anxiety: * get 20% of your calories from protein, get 40% of your calories from fat and 40% of your calories from carbs( The hard part, cause your eating vegetables, and limiting simple carbs). * Eat 2 servings of unsweetened yogurt (greek is good for limiting sugars a bit). *get your Omega 3s, *make most of your fats monounsaturated.

Meditate - Varies Low to Upper Moderate: Meditation has been shown to reduce stress level, and that I can attest to. However does it make me more likely to approach a girl, My answer: I think so. Just like Aerobic activity, you have to do it consistently for a while for it to have an effect, and it is often subtle in its onset. I had to journal my meditation for me to notice that it was making a difference (kind of like growing taller). Meditation means laying down, or sitting up with good posture and trying to focus on nothing, or just your breathing. Every time your mind starts to wanter try to bring it back to your breath (or Nothing). Do this every day for 10-15 minutes. and see how you feel.

Body Positions - Relatively Effective: It has been shown that people with low cortisol levels and high T have more open body positions. Happy people Smile more. Well the reverse goes the same. By opening your body and getting into a relaxed confident position for 5 or 10 minutes can noticeably raise your Testosterone levels and lower cortisol levels. And By holding a smile, well apparently it can make you happy.

*******************HEALTH DISPUTED*******************

It seems crafty and unethical to leave out effective techniques even though their long term benefit to you has been disputed.

Marijuana - Varies Low to Extremely Effective: Marijuana dumps all sorts cannabinoids into your brain in various concentrations. Some people attest to this making them chill, and more able to socialize. What I can definitely tell you is that HIGH CBD cannabis is just the drug you are looking for. It lowers anxiety levels to nothing, and eliminates paranoia. it is typically found in the plant below 0.5% while THC can be upwards of 25% when shopping for a a drug exceptionally useful for pickup look for the ratios to be flipped, with low THC (less than 5%) and very high CBD (upwards of 7%). Now whether pot should be used for pickup, I say nay, using drugs to treat a chronic problem (that isn't life threatening) seems a little short sighted, and I do not personally advise it unless the person in question is absolutely incapable of approach (and even then just to start the person off).

Alcohol - Very Effective: Nothing reduces you inhibitions like a little shot of jack. Alcohol will definitely give you the liquid courage to approach, but I advise agains getting wasted as there are certainly diminishing returns. Alcohol though is hard on the liver, and if you are going to drink for got sakes take a thiamine (vitamin B1) supplement, or your memory will only start getting worse over time. Again, booze is a drug, and I do not suggest using drugs to treat your non life threatening chronic problem, even if banging a chick drunk in the bathroom then running around the club in her dress can be all sorts of fun.

Other Drugs - Varying Effectiveness: I urge you to list other medications for treating anxiety as knowledge is always power, even though I do not recommend them.

Also please list other detailed techniques that you have below. EDIT: Added to
