Initial Situation:
I meet a girl on a dating app and we're both in our late 20s. I'm as average as they come looks wise and its my first time going out with a girl since like freshmen year of college. She's about average looks wise, but she's got an awesome personality and a cute smile. I'm also a landlord and dealing with a difficult tenant who will be evicted (this'll be important later).

First Date:
We meet up last Friday evening for some food and drinks at a local brewery near us. We had a two-hour conversation, got to know each other pretty well and went a little deep on some topics. At the end, she said she wanted to meet up again, and we hugged and went our separate ways. I texted her about 30 minutes later to make sure she got home safe, and tell her I had a great time. I asked her on a second date to an art museum (for a week later), and she said yes.
In between first and second date:
We texted again on Saturday and Sunday. Then nothing until Wednesday, when she sent me a good morning text. We chatted abit about work, etc. Yesterday (Friday), I texted her a good morning text and that I was excited for our date. She replied about the same message back, and said go crush the day tiger :).
\\I didn't want to seem needy, so I didn't text on Monday and Tuesday.
**Second Date:

\\**It was a gloomy and rainy day. I didn't get much sleep the night before, and stressing abit with the tenant issue. I was abit off my game.
We meet up for some coffee first and waited out the rain, and then walked a few minutes to the art museum. On our way to the museum I was super hesitant in escalating with physical touch.

At the art museum:
-First 45 minutes of time: We spent getting to know each other more and checking out the museum; I told her some history info I knew when it related to the art. I wanted to escalate, but pussied out.
-Second 45 minutes of time: It was kind of silent and we didn't talk a whole lot. She check out the art, but seemed abit bored. Then we both sat down on a bench and talk for a few minutes about our favorite art work. Then I got up, held out my hand and as I was lifting her up, and I kind of transitioned to holding her hand (its a super cringe move, and I did it without thinking). I held her hand for a minute then she kind of let go as she was explaining a piece of art, and I could feel an uncomfortable vibe, so I didn't try holding her hand again.
-Last 30 minutes: We looked at some art that I loved, and I kind of geeked out alittle; she seemed excited about me geeking out. We took a picture, and then play a quick art puzzle game. Then I walked her to her car, and then we hugged and she said she had a nice time.

Did I fuck up? Third dates ideas?
How do you think I'm doing so far? I felt like I kind of fucked up with holding her hand? I also feel like I should have escalated abit more at the beginning, like when I walk with her, I lead her with my hand on her lower back. I just didn't want to make her uncomfortable.
I haven't texted her yet today. I plan to text her tomorrow and let her know I had a great time. I'm gonna send her the pictures we took together also. I'm gonna ask for a third date, and I plan to do something more interactive to get the energy up. Any ideas?
