when there is a girl im just looking at and i like

and she sees you in the room

and she suddenly starts flirting with every guy in the room

this has happened to me a few years ago. we would go 'as friends' to just 'hang out' at the pool bar place and she was black and when at the bar she would flirt with every guy in the bar. now, we werent in a relationshipand we were both very single. but yes, she would flirt with me and yes she liked me. how do i know? she wrote it on a note but i stayed her 'friend' nothing sexual nothing official nothing declared.

a few years later there is another girl i like, that goes to a bar that i go to. and she does the same thing. i think she likes me im not sure yet.

but she flirts with every guy at the bar.

now my question is

when a girl likes you,

does she try to flirt with every guy in the room or at the bar to try to make you want her more, to try to make you jealous, as to try to make her seem like look at all the guys that want me so badly. to try to make her seem more valuable. because she wants you to chase her, to get your attention? because she kniws youre watching?

or does she just flirt with every guy in the bar to flirt to try to get any guy as a boyfriend? or to collect as many numbers as she can?
