Ok guys, this is going to be a long post. So sorry in advance. I think you guys will enjoy this.

THE SETUP I went for a Run close to my house. After the run, I realized I needed to quickly go to the Grocery store to get few things for dinner. So I go to the Grocery store. I was in my running dress and shorts and somewhat sweaty (maybe stinky). After I picked up what I wanted, I browsed the aisles looking for a chick (I was thinking in my head, let's just check the talent- I am not going to approach in my gym clothes).

Anyway I noticed a slim, short, and cute girl walked beside me. Then she went to another aisle. I was about to leave and i noticed her. I said to myself "I might look sweaty, but let's give this a shot". I waited for few seconds to make sure no one was around her (yes that was a pussy move). I walk up to her. "Excuse me, I want to tell you something, I know this is random. I wanted to say that you have beautiful eyes" She looked at me and smiled - she was taken aback by her reaction.

I said "I just wanted to say this, have a nice day" and I was walking away. She said "Thanks - you made my day, not a lot of people do what you do".

At this point I walked back to her " I am a spontaneous guy, I just fell like saying that, and I think lots of people in the city are usually in their head, and they don't talk to people". She said" Thanks- that takes courage". At this point I noticed her eyes again , man it was gorgeous- she had captivating eyes , the ones you can keep looking at. I looked strongly into her eyes "You don't need to be brave to tell the truth". From this point, my nervousness was gone, we both felt comfortable. We both had strong eye contact, never taking it off each other. We kept smiling and chatted for a bit. The weird thing is that i was getting bit of a hard-on in my shorts. I was nervous (because it was my running shorts and it could be visible) - Luckily she only looked at my eyes :)

Found out she was Ukrainian, moved into my neighbourhood few days ago. She did not know much about the neighbourhood. We exchanged each other's names.

Then I said that I need to go, but I can see her later. She first said she has plans tonight. Then I asked her about tomorrow night. She said it was hard tomorrow. Then she asked about tonight and we can meet. We agreed for the date right there. I did not have my phone with me, I asked her to take down my number. She did , she made sure she got my name right. I asked her to text me later and left.

She texted me 30 mins later about meeting up tonight. We confirmed the time and I told that I will pick her up.

THE DATE I picked her up in my car. ( I am not used to this- so I was a bit nervous - usually I tell them to come to a bar and I have a set gameplan). We hugged, then asked her if she likes ice cream. I took her to an ice cream place close to my house that was open later. We grabbed an ice cream. I told her I will take her to my favourite place, and that place had the best view of the city. I drove to the lake, and we started walking to a quiet place. I was doing all the leading and she followed It was chilly for a summer night. We sat down and had a normal chat about her country, my country,etc. we finished our icecream and started walking . This time I took her hand in my hand - no hesitation from her. We walked to a nice bridge and stood there for a bit, and chatted about travel and adventures. I wanted to kiss her here, but I was pussying out. It was starting to get chilly, and she asked if we can walk. We kept walking - hand-in-hand and then sat on a bench. I put my hands behind her. I still was not feeling confident. I told her she had beautiful eyes, and we kept looking at each other's eyes. Perhaps this was a cue to kiss, and I did not kiss again. I was pussying out again, I felt like I lost the moment.

Then we went back to the car. I told her let's go back to my place to see my pictures. She did not agree but also did not say anything. We drove to my place, and she said she can't come tonight as she had to get up at 5am. I did not want to push it, and I said OK. Her place was only 5 minutes away. I did not show any reaction- I just told her OK no problem I will take you home.

I drove to her place and parked infront.
She took off the seat belt and started chatting - thanked me for the ice cream and the walk, she asked if I enjoyed it. I said yes, she told "But you did not laugh". We made some stupid jokes and were talking about next time. We were still making strong contact. AT this point I said to myself "Asshole, you are not her tour-guide, this girl is in to you, just go for the kiss". I did not hesitate this time. I pulled her in and kissed. She had soft lips- it was not a makeout- just a kiss for a minute.

She asked me to text her once I got home. And we chatted a bit before going to bed.

LESSONS - Take chances- it is scary to approach a good-looking girl. you never know if the girl is into you, unless you approach. Just do it. The worst thing that happens is - she shrugs. But sometimes, the girl will be attracted to you and talk to you. You don't have to dress like Brad Pitt to always approach girls. I was stinky and sweaty and I approached this cute girl in a Grocery Store. - Eye contact- Yes eye contact is important from the girl's point of view. If you are able to make eye contact without trying too hard, that means you are genuinely attracted to her. - Don't get numbers- setup firm dates right there. It reduces flakes. - When on date lead- Take them on an adventure. Don't spend too much money, take them to different venues. This build comfort. - Don't wait till the end to kiss. There is no best time to kiss a girl. Kiss her when your gut says it is the right thing to do. The girls I have f-closed are the ones whom I started making out during the date. - Don't take a girl home, unless she is comfortable . OR else she will get cold feet at the last minute. Spend more time, make out , kino and amp up the temperature.
