Quick story time.

At a local bar I frequent visit. It's a dive bar, smoky, usually older crowd. I've seen this good looking younger Blond tattoo girl that often goes to the bar, it seems every Sunday. Football Sunday Weekend she was there we locked eyes and she was staring me down, but I didn't approach. From that I took, quick kicking myself in the ass after that night. I decided next time I see her I approach her and be direct about it.

This Sunday comes around I'm out with my friend and his wife playing pool at the dive bar. I talk to some other friends there and we shoot some pool. I see her walk in but I didn't approach right away. It took me a little while, she was at table with another dude and some people she knew were coming up and talking to her. Once I saw her get new drink. I approached.

"I've seen you around here, I wanted to talk to you."... "I Like your face, think you're beautiful, come join us for some pool"

"No I'm good"

Interesting part to me I was looking at her maintain eye contact the entire time and when I said the "You're beautiful..." part, she just made a face of disdain or disgust which I immediately could tell I fucked up.

After she said that, I kind of shrugged and went back to my friend and kept playing pool.

Lessons

It took me 10-15 minutes to finally approach this girl... I should of approached as soon as I saw her enter. I ended up getting really stuck in my head "What should I say?" "How should I approach" "Oh shes talking to some other people right now I can't approach now"

I've asked other girls I know... see what they thought on the Beautiful line... all seem to agree that its overused "pick-up" line. So I assume I fucked up there because she knew then assuming she though "Damn just another moron no thanks"

What's your guys thoughts on this? She displayed signs of interest and I screwed up?
