I can't think of any specific reference although I know it's touched on in the Mystery Method and I remember seeing it in other material. It seems the consensus is to remove yourself from her life while you work on yours, then come back into her life as a new man so you can surprise her in new ways. Mostly you just want to focus on other chicks.

Yeah, best way to escape is to never fall into it. But if you have, start being less available. Of course the best way to do this is to actually have less time for her, because you're busy working, out with friends, or with other girls.

Personally, if I do, I usually just give it up, as there are so many people out there, and you shouldn't be working at something so close to a vertical, uphill run.

The only way that I've found to "counter" this is to come back in a year or two a completely changed, evolved, better person. Makes them go, "who is this," you know?

I read a very good article from the female perspective (the one falling for the "friend") about a year ago but I've never been able to find it again. Basically the idea is to stop being such a huge part of her life. Find a hobby or something you really enjoy, start hanging out with other girls, etc. Don't point it out, but just suddenly become very busy. After there's been some distance you can reapproach her and sort of start things over. I really wish I could find that article, will definitely post it if I do.

You don't escape the friend zone by trying to escape the friend zone--meaning, you don't keep trying to "win her."

Go out and be seen with lots of other women. Rub it in her face a little, make sure she meets all the girls you're running around with. Don't answer her calls right away and be monosyllabic in answering texts. Don't be rude, just unavailable. She'll eventually start to see you as having higher value, and slowly she'll start to be attracted.

Or, worst case scenario, you get over the "one-itis" with this girl because you find that after running around with a lot of other girls the "friend zone" girl just wasn't that special.

My response to "let's just be friends" is "nice knowing ya bitch". I started doing that in High School. Those women are totally worthless to me and a waste of my time to even talk with. Watching an infomercial at 2AM is a better use of my time.

So if some woman says "let's just be friends"...move on and never talk to her ass again.

Short and to the point, it lets her know your intentions clearly and gives her a last chance.
