So I started talking to a girl on text. Never met each other, never seen each other either.

Had some playful banter, flirting (as much as I could) etc.

She then shared her photo. A solid 8/10.

Saw the photo and dropped my cool nonchalant guy frame completely.

Called her jaw dropping gorgeous, almost a goddess blablabla.

Realized my mistake 15 minutes too late.

She realized that she's the catch and I am chasing her. and the flirting/banter started to fade out after that. We do still talk on topics but it's not the flirty talk like before, it's all platonic now.

Is there hope for a recovery somehow? If so, how?

Or should I just take the L and move on to the next?
