Personally I find I hook very well when I'm my natural high-energy, off the walls, kind of weird self. However, once the hook happens and "it's on", I chill the fuck out, and let her pursue me.

You want to give the set "room to breathe." If you're 100% the funny, overwhelming guy, you'll burn her out and lose your sexual frame.

Whatever you do, make sure the ratio of funny/cool equals sex-worthiness. You can clown as much as you want...but make sure she knows you mean business when you mean business :)

I think I understand what you're asking. Here's my answer: be funny, but don't be a clown. Because I was short when I was growing up, I always felt invisible in social situations, so I started being the crazy guy. I was loud and obnoxious, and never scored the hot chick. I got way too drunk and by the end of the evening everyone was shaking their head at me.

Cool guys can be funny. They just wait for the right moment rather than shout over everyone else. Energy is good as long as it's contained within your frame. So, to answer your question: "cool".

Whichever one you are more comfortable being. As long as you have confidence either persona will be attractive. What isn't attractive is trying to be one or the other when you clearly are not truly that kind of person. People can sense you being fake.

There is no "better" regarding vague concepts of funny, weird, cool.

Develop to be any one of these given the circumstances.

That's part of what vibing is all about.

It's all balance.

Its good to be quirky/funny/weird, but only when its supplemented with a "cool" dimension. And by "cool" I mean in control of your emotions and having good timing.

....Neither, really.

You don't need to be "funny"... being an entertainer has nothing to do with connection. Which is what you need whether you want a fling or something serious.

Being quiet and "cool," doesn't help either. In fact, it's definitely a hindrance to connection.

There is a style of pick-up that involves manipulating girls by being stand-off-ish and it succeeds because it allows the girl to see whoever they want you to be. And it works. Just a couple problems with it. You have to be in tune with the girl to know what she wants so you don't contradict that and ruin the illusion. And you don't get to be yourself, which will eat away at you over time and taint the enjoyment you get out of getting girls.

So it's better to dispense with the idea that you need to adopt some persona. If you're humorous, that's fine but you shouldn't turn whole interactions/sets into the CaptainCHCI3 comedy show. And you shouldn't be holding her at a distance. You ought to be exploring whether you actually think she's cool or not and exploring whether there is mutual attraction. Which you can do by holding a normal conversation. How comfortable are you with those?

If She is attracted to you, everything youll say will be funny. Go with being the genuiene honest guy, not the too cool for school guy
