Yes, it's okay. Actually, try to begin the date by popping in and out of your place quickly. (Make an excuse like I forgot my jacket or something.) Get her comfortable with being at your place early, and it will be much easier to end the date at your place.

Look out for the hints, if the date is going great and she still wants to hang out afterwards and there are playful moments and teasing ask her if she wants to hang out at your place, "maybe watch a movie".

This is from personal experience only.

I find it better to drop her off at her place after the date and close on her front doorstep. She will be comfortable, safe and content. Just go with the most simple close of all time: 'I've had a great night, I think you are fun, smart and pretty. Would you like to kiss me?'

1% - Eww, no;

5% - Instant hookup;

94% - 'Umm...' - "Let's find out' and kiss her. 100% of the time, it works 90%. She's safe, you're an attractive and polite guy (you won't believe how powerful politeness is until you get into a girl's head - she's seen all the neg bullshit and common men she wants to, a polite guy is a catch).

Settle for a kiss and a cuddle on the first date. She'll let you know when she's ready to step up. Treat it as a laugh and fun between two friends. The rewards are invaluable.

If this is your first date, don’t feel bad about simply learning and pushing your comfort zone only slightly. This probably won’t end in a lay but you never know. I’ve been on hundreds of first dates and am still always learning. It never stops. To this day not every first date will end in a lay for me, but you will certainly get better at recognizing how to give yourself the best odds to make it happen.

Remember the only thing holding you back from success are the barriers in your mind. If you don’t feel weird about trying to have sex, then you won’t project that energy on her.

But honestly, just have fun. First dates are my favorite thing in the dating world. A clean slate with all the excitement.

Its your first date and you're clearly getting a ton of advice in this thread. Don't let it overwhelm you and try and do every little tip you read here. Just be cool, confident and make sure you're having a fun time yourself. She's already in to you or she wouldn't have agreed to go on the date. And yeah, it's ok to take things back to your place if you think she's up for it. Just remember to get consent if you're getting freaky with it.

I know you're excited but stop playing the end game here. Focus on having a good time, it's not about whether you take her home or not, or whether you hook up with her that night or not.

Make sure you have a good time. That you get to know her, meaning even if you think she's a super model, is she cool, does she have the personality to back it up? Are you even compatible?

If you focus on having fun and getting to know her the rest will work itself out.

This is what you do, you have her meet you at your place first. Have come in for a minute, act like you're finishing up getting ready etc. Then be like ok let's go and go on your date. Then she'll already be somewhat familiar and comfortable with your place. Oh yeah clean your bathroom too.
