These are called innuendo. It's like "That's what she said" but sexier. Drop them in at appropriate moment (you already know what these are, just use one of these phrases instead of "That's what she said").

How do you make it not creepy? Don't second guess yourself. Say it like you're saying it to your best guy friend. This is why guys who are comfortable with their sexuality and flirt with their guy friends for fun get laid all the time.

A girl asked me that recently. Who says you have to talk about sex? I think it's probably fine if the subject comes up, but with most of the girls I've hooked up with, we never talked about sex before we did it.
