Don't resist the feelings. Just understand what those feelings are, which are infatuation. Once you understand it's just infatuation, constantly remind yourself and make sure you don't act in a way that throws you off. What do I mean by this? Don't exit your masculine frame. When guys have feelings, we tend to become so immersed into them that it make us think about her too much and it triggers the provider in us. Now If she was actually your wife or baby momma, that's ok. If she's just some girl you met, don't become the provider and out her first because it's idiotic, and actually makes her less attracted for the most part. So don't tell her you love her, don't over validate her, don't over pursue, don't gift give. Just do the normal date things and be yourself.

I just remind myself that it is new relationship energy, and that it takes a lot of time to truly learn enough about someone to “know” them.

I try to feel the feels but let it wash over me. I say to myself, aww this is nice but I won’t let myself make any big decisions based on what little I THINK I know about my love interest.

Maintaining independence and having outside interests is also good advice, which it seems like other posters have echoed.

Don’t seek out women to fill your void. Find other parts of life to find fulfillment and meaning.

Also have multiple girls you’re dating at the same time.

Definitely not feminine, but being overeager can be a turn off. I don't think you should aim to control how you feel (pretty dang hard to do). Instead, try to moderate how you express it. Give yourself rules about how often you'll reach out, how soon you'll say certain things, etc. As a female HSP, I get it! Something I've had to work on in the past too. Good luck! 🍀

If you got the chance, do a lot of fucking approaches. Do so much that when you are sitting at home your feet should be burning. You will find a lot of women that will be interested in you which will help you overcome the paradigm that there is this "one". You will get the feeling of independence which will help you stop idolizing women.
